The Walworth County Fair Board and I would like to invite you to be part of the largest County Fair in the State of Wisconsin.
Corporate involvement is an essential factor in producing our Fair. By blending your products and services with our 6-day event, you can help us heighten the experience for our fairgoers. The Walworth County Fair offers a wide range of demographics and genres, and all of this is achieved in a pleasant, relaxing family environment.
The Walworth County Fair is the County’s largest single event each year. This year we are celebrating our 161st year of providing educational exhibits and entertainment to our visitors. We are a non-profit, 501 (c) (3) volunteer organization.
We have an assortment of Sponsorship Opportunities available to showcase your company’s products or services. All of our Sponsorship Partners are unique. We will work with you to create a Sponsorship package that suits your individual business needs.
People come from Walworth County, Southeast Wisconsin, Madison, Rockford Milwaukee, and Chicago, and Northern Illinois area, and surrounding states to enjoy the Walworth County Fair. The Walworth County Fair Foundation
On November 1st 2001 the Walworth County Agricultural Society founded the Walworth County Fair Foundation. Looking toward future generations an endowment fund for the future needs of the fair was established. This fund will also ensure that new programs can continue to provide the citizens of our area with a wholesome and educational experience throughout the next century.
Future plans for Expansion
The Walworth County Fair Board is in the planning stage of building a Youth and Expo Center on the Fairgrounds. This will be used for year round events. It will become an all-purpose facility that is widely used by 4-H and the community.
Sponsorship and naming rights to this new facility are available.
The Fair
The Walworth County Fair attracts about 190,000 people over the 6 days it is held. The variety if entertainment and activities at the fair provide you with a variety of sponsorship opportunities. We are always looking for sponsors for different events like, The Barnyard Adventure Educational Area, contests, Park Stage, Grandstand and other wholesome attractions.
Everybody loves the fair! It’s a stage for what is best about our community and our quality of life. People receive your message when they are in a good mood and receptive. Your association with a positive community and family oriented event will enhance your image while you share your message and demonstrate your community involvement.
Who attends the Fair?
The fair offers a wide demographic opportunity. The majority of our fair goers are from the southeast of Wisconsin and northern Illinois, which offers and opportunity to strengthen your presence in the local market. The fair also draws in Kenosha, Racine, Milwaukee, Madison, Waukesha, Rock, Jefferson, Rockford and Chicago and Northern suburbs. This allows you to expand or strengthen your presence in a regional market. A good percentage number of people come from out of state to attend the fair. This creates valuable exposure for “big ticket” items, chains, or national companies.
How much does it cost to be a sponsor?
The cost of sponsorship starts with as little as $500.00 and goes up from there. The cost of sponsorship is related to the anticipated popularity of the event or the level of exposure you will receive as a result of sponsoring an event. We will try to reward all of our sponsors, but the sponsors who give us more are typically included in more of our advertising and promotions.

I’m glad you asked. We work hard to reward our sponsors and make true advertising investment for them. We want to make sponsorship so desirable, that businesses come to us! As a result, we are constantly adding to and changing our sponsorship program.
