Application
If you are interested in commercial space at our Walworth County Fair, please submit a application to us. In your application please include a description of your product and/or service, the space size you need if you need inside or outside space and a photo or brochure of your product. This information will be helpful in our decision making process. We recommend submitting it at your earliest convenience. Click here to download application.
Your letter will be filed for future consideration when an appropriate opening becomes available. You will not receive any further communication from us unless a space becomes available.
Our Fair often receives more requests for space than we have available. The Fair Board has a policy of only allowing a limited amount of food concessions so it is very competitive for spaces. We base our selections on the best exhibits, products and services.

Prices
Our fees are $20-$35 per front foot for outside space plus an electricity charge. Inside booths are $375.00 for 10' x 10' in the Fair Office Building and $400.00 for a 10' x 10' in North Hall.
Deadlines
Returning vendor contracts due: March 1st with 50% deposit. New vendors may apply and will be accepted as space becomes available.
